Having an issue with your pedal? Get in touch:

All pedals are covered by our warranty for one year from the date of original purchase. We'll repair or replace (at our discretion) pedals that malfunction under normal usage conditions. This does not cover cosmetic damage eg. scratched paint, loose jacks, damaged knobs etc.

• You are responsible for shipping back to Dead Hand Audio in Perth, Australia
• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the pedal - please quote your original order number in all correspondence
• If it becomes clear that damage to your pedal was caused by abuse and not a manufacturing flaw, additional charges for parts, labour and shipping will apply.

All that said, we're reasonable folks and if you've managed to damage your pedal and would like us to repair it please get in touch and we'll do our best to help you for a reasonable rate.
